Glogster

Glogster- Anne Frank
6th Grade Social Study Standard 3: Students will understand how revolutions have had an impact on the modern world.
Ed. Tech. Standard 4: Use general purpose productivity tools and peripherals to support personal productivity, to remediate skill deficits, and to facilitate learning through the curriculum.

This glogster is designed to teach sixth graders about Anne Frank, and how she was a brave ordinary young person. This glog includes Annes timeline, accomplishments, and biology. There are pictures of Anne, her family, and concentration camps. At the bottom is a video that voices her story

I want my students to learn about Anne Frank and what a hero she is. She was just like them, and going to school, and because of her we have historical documented events. I also would like to emphasis in class how important it is to keep a personal journal. Journals are ways that we can keep in touch with our past experiences. Also many other individuals can learn from things you've experienced just by reading your journal. In this unit we will take time to write in our own journals as a class.
